Our Process
From Design to Delivery
Casso-Solar Technologies individually designs every piece of equipment to meet the demands of our customers. Customers are encouraged to be involved in all stages of the development process.
Processes are tested in our laboratory by a trained engineer to determine both feasibility and the appropriate wavelength and heater to complete the task.
Using this information, our Sales Engineers will produce a conceptual design for review with the customer.
1. Design
Once a concept is agreed upon, our Design Engineering team will take over and assemble a 3D model using the customer’s preferred component brands (if applicable). This is reviewed and modified as necessary before being approved for production.
2. Fabrication
Once complete, customers are invited to witness the Factory Acceptance Test prior to shipment to their facilities.
3. On-Site Assembly
One of our technical support staff will be present to oversee the installation and startup of the equipment on-site.
4. Support
Casso-Solar Technologies provides technical support and spare parts for the life of the equipment.
